About the Role

Frasers is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through the provision of an individualized service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with customers on arrival, answering any initial queries and providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist customers with security tags and provide support on nearby tills as needed.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Display excellent attention to detail when helping customers with styling and actively listen to their needs.
  • Introduce customers to and demonstrate enthusiasm for all multi-channel services to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively face-to-face or on the telephone.
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and adhere to company visual standards.
  • Take an active role in supporting in-store events and providing ideas for improving the customer experience.
  • Maintain sophisticated retail standards to capture the customer's imagination and drive sales.
  • Take an active role in loss prevention within the store.

  • A passion for working with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • A desire and ability to deliver sales against targets set.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and customers.
