Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of employees to maintain operational efficiency and provide excellent customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Manage inventory, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Work closely with the Shift Managers to identify high performers and employees with potential, and provide feedback and coaching to support their development.
- Collaborate with the HR Department to manage absence, performance, and recruitment processes.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work a range of hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Flexibility and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a food environment, with a strong focus on food safety and hygiene.
