About Our Team

Turner Wise Ltd is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, and we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned property portfolio, ensuring compliance with ever-changing legislation and processes.

This will involve:

  • Managing landlord and tenant queries and issues, providing proactive communication and compiling relevant reports.
  • Obtaining competitive quotations and instructing contractors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Organising inventory, check-in, and check-out appointments, and distributing reports.
  • Maintaining up-to-date property records, including tenancy agreements and rent payments.
  • Processing invoices in a timely manner, setting up and closing down utilities.
  • Coordinating timely safety checks and remedial works, distributing safety records to relevant parties.
  • Evaluating end-of-tenancy reports, proposing damages to the landlord, and managing deposit distribution.
  • Booking and monitoring work orders.

Job Requirements
