Clinical Team Manager - Neurodiversity Pathway

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Manager to lead our Neurodiversity Pathway team, providing high-quality, safe, and responsive community integrated health care to children, young people, and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operational management, with experience in assessing and diagnosing children and young people with Autism. They will also possess additional specialist training and qualifications to post-graduate diploma level or equivalent in an evidence-based therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operational management of the provision of care and treatment within the Neurodiversity clinical pathway.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of evidence-based clinical care, including triage, assessment, clinical formulation, and care planning, treatment, and discharge of children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with other clinical pathways, health specialties, and partner organizations to ensure the service is delivered in partnership with children, young people, and their parents/carers.
  • Ensure data is captured and used to drive effective service delivery and improvement.
  • Provide supervision, operational management, and support to clinicians, with a focus on compassionate leadership, staff wellbeing, and development.
