Caregiver for Individuals with Autism

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to support an individual with autism and a learning disability in the Beare Green area. The ideal candidate will provide 360-degree wrap-around support, covering all aspects of daily life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support during challenging periods
- Foster meaningful relationships with family and friends
- Encourage independence where possible
- Support with daily tasks and activities
Requirements:
- Good understanding of autism and learning disabilities
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism preferred
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
