Job Title: Caregiver for Individuals with Autism

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to support an individual with autism and a learning disability in the Beare Green area. The ideal candidate will provide 360-degree wrap-around support, covering all aspects of daily life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support during challenging periods
  • Foster meaningful relationships with family and friends
  • Encourage independence where possible
  • Support with daily tasks and activities

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of autism and learning disabilities
  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism preferred
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
