Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Senior Supervisor to manage aircraft documentation and lead a team of documentation specialists at RAF Odiham, Hampshire. As a senior supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with aerospace and aviation industry documentation standards and regulations, developing and implementing documentation best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience with aircraft documentation management, GOLDesp system, and excellent knowledge of aerospace and aviation industry documentation standards and regulations. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in using documentation management systems and software.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft documentation management
- Excellent knowledge of aerospace and aviation industry documentation standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using documentation management systems and software

Salary Range
£50,000 - £70,000 per annum
