We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Fabricator to join our production team. This role involves precision machining to support the manufacturing of high-quality components for various industries.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working as a manual machinist and be proficient in interpreting technical and engineering drawings. They should also have exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision, as well as experience with a variety of materials, primarily metals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders with precision.
- Assemble tools and components to meet project specifications.
- Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
- Produce high-quality parts within tight tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of manufacturing processes.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per annum based on skills and experience.
