Job Title: Senior Automotive Technician Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Technician Lead to join our team at Job&Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in maintaining and repairing a range of micromobility products.

About the Role:
As a Senior Automotive Technician Lead, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on e-assist bicycles and electric scooters, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback, and participating in additional training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on e-assist bicycles and electric scooters.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
