Real Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at William H Brown. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales with clients
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
