Order Clerk

This role involves processing orders received from Salesforce and customers using the order entry system. If you have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, this could be the perfect fit for you.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing customer and sales orders efficiently.
• Prioritizing and processing field force orders via Salesforce.com.
• Maintaining standing orders programme in line with sales region contracts.
• Responding to order entry inquiries, taking orders, and handling customer queries professionally.
• Creating and updating customer master data accurately.
• Maintaining the accuracy and security of customer information and NHS data on our database.
• Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports using provided tools and programmes.

Please note that experience with Symphony/SAP is required, and proficiency in MS Office is necessary for this role.
