About the Role

The successful candidate will work alongside our internal project team and a trusted Salesforce partner, guiding the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions for our clients' membership, events, and examination processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  2. Configure Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and integrate with third-party applications such as Findock, EMMA, GoCardless, Stripe, and Experian.
  3. Support the full project lifecycle: scoping, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch.
  4. Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, process automation, and security permissions to optimise user experience and data management.
Requirements
  1. Strong experience in delivering Salesforce solutions, particularly in the membership sector (Salesforce certifications).
  2. Experience with third-party app integrations and working through full project lifecycles.
  3. Solid understanding of Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  4. Ability to configure data views, workflows, security, and automation to align with best practices.
