Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Store Operations Manager to assist the Store Manager in driving store sales, minimizing costs, and delivering profits. This role involves the day-to-day management of the sales floor, deputizing in the Store Manager's absence, maintaining operational standards, and utilizing initiative to ensure floors are commercially focused, creatively merchandised, replenished, and managed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing store expenses
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence and provide support as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company operational standards and policies
  • Utilize commercial awareness and initiative to drive business results
Requirements
  • Current manager experience in a multi-million turnover business or deputy manager in a larger outlet
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to build effective teams
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues
  • Good level of education to analyze and interpret financial information and be PC literate
  • Results-oriented with commercial awareness and proactive approach to competitor and fashion trends
