We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our client's team in their Banbury office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team, working with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in dispute resolution, with experience in property disputes, contentious probate, TOLATA claims, insolvency and bankruptcy, contract disputes, and professional negligence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well as a member of a team, and have a flexible approach to work.
