Afternoon Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Afternoon Shift Supervisor to join our team at DX Delivery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the daily shift operation in a cost-effective and productive manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the warehousing operation for the shift, ensuring the effective and accurate sortation of goods.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in line with company policies in a safe and proactive manner.
- Manage costs and performance of the shift.
- Effectively manage performance, conduct, absence, engagement, and training and development of team members.
- Provide a shift summary and handover record with any exceptions detailed and actioned.
