We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and secure handling of our customers' data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, check, and protect customer information at all times, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete relevant paperwork as required, following documented processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize our O'Neil Records Management system to efficiently manage and store customer records, ensuring accurate tracking and retrieval.
  • Retrieve customer boxes, files, and documents in preparation for dispatch or destruction, accurately recording all movements and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You will have a basic understanding of IT systems and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
