We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Entertainer in Shrewsbury. As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and our stores are visually appealing. You will also be involved in processing sales, handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about toys and customer service, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you are a team player who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers
  • Process sales and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store and ensure that the shop floor is always looking its best
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
