Consultant Psychiatrist in Forensic Psychiatry

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist in Forensic Psychiatry, you will provide high-quality medical leadership to our medium secure female service, supporting patients who require inpatient care.

• Provide consistent, high-quality medical leadership to the medium secure female service.
• Assess and liaise with general adult services, the Criminal Justice Service, and other external agencies as required.
• Carry out gatekeeping assessments to determine suitability for admission.

• Full GMC registration and Specialist Register status.

• Experience of clinical research methods and published research.
