Our Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) offers a unified end-to-end process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all functions. Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms enable fast surrogates of traditional CAD-CAE processes, allowing us to optimize our cars using Generative AI.

We have a strategic partnership with NVIDIA, pushing the boundaries in AI for CAD-CAE. As an AI CAD-CAE Technical Specialist, you will join our EDP technical leadership team, providing technical guidance and oversight of the whole EDP programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the roadmap for AI in CAD-CAE
  • Influence NVIDIA to prioritize development of capability most beneficial to JLR
  • Provide technical guidance and support to EDP teams working on AI in CAD-CAE
  • Contribute to the wider EDP technology roadmap

Requirements and Expectations

  • Physics-based Neural Networks (PINNS)
  • Traditional CAD and CAE (CFD, FEA)
  • CAD-CAE driven multi-disciplinary optimization
  • Generative AI

About You

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
