Job Title: Computer Science and Digital Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to teach computer science to students, promoting a love of learning and excellence in achievement.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons, adapting to meet individual student needs, and lead by example, demonstrating creativity, inclusivity, and a commitment to raising student attainment.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and productive working environment, and contribute to curriculum development, ensuring innovative and engaging teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback, and participate in departmental meetings, sharing expertise and best practices.
  • Develop and implement engaging project-based learning activities, and hold a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).
Requirements:
  • Have a strong understanding of computer science concepts and curriculum frameworks, and be an excellent communicator, able to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, embracing new technologies and methodologies, and we offer a supportive and inclusive school community.
