Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our Dunraven Street practice in Tonypandy. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team, drive business performance, and contribute to our mission of transforming dentistry for the better.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business performance by setting objectives, providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships
- Manage compliance and meet regulatory requirements
- Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to inform commercial decisions
