About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate investigations of adverse events, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Lead clinical audit initiatives, promoting evidence-based best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and disseminate patient safety-related information across all levels of the hospital, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Lead the development of methods and processes to manage clinical risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with colleagues to manage policy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and skills, as well as support the development of others, to drive excellence in governance and risk management.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • HCPC or NMC registration with no restrictions.
  • Previous experience working in governance, quality, and risk management.
  • Experience working in the private clinical sector.
  • Leadership and team development experience.
  • Evidence of participation in audit activities.
  • Degree-level education.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actions.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn Spire Healthcare systems.
