Service Excellence Manager

At Brewhouse & Kitchen, we're looking for a Service Excellence Manager to join our team in Horsham. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our guests have a memorable time with us.

You'll be passionate about great food, drinks, and high standards of service, and will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available at B&K. You'll be confident about recommending dishes and drinks, serving food and drinks, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the Brewpub.
