Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Project Manager to join our team at Oracle Red Bull Racing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, ensuring that our content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and brand values.
- Content Creation and Curation: Work with our content team to develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives business results.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of social media producers and editors, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our social media strategy.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our strategy and optimize our content for better performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our partnership and content teams to ensure seamless execution of our social media strategy and effective communication with our audience.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in monitoring and interpreting social media metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations.
