We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Banbury. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planned and reactive maintenance of our injection moulding machinery, including 19 moulding machines ranging from 150t to 2300t.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on injection moulding machinery
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and optimize production processes
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our machinery and processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a multi-skilled engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical fault finding and hydraulics/pneumatics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
