About the Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Senior Dessert Creator to bring their expertise to our client's Michelin-starred restaurant in the Wye Valley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts and excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Create dishes that fit alongside the tasting menu
- Develop and implement pastry menus
- Work closely with the chef patron and team

Requirements
- Experience as a pastry chef in a Michelin-starred setting
- Knowledge of seasonal garden produce
- Calm and composed persona

What We Offer
- Salary: £37,000 basic, depending on experience
- 4 days on, 3 days off schedule
- Meals on duty
