We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Manager to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on a large project, ensuring the safety of our employees and the quality of our work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of site personnel, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site personnel.
