About the Role

As a Financial Services Advisor at Brook Street, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This involves understanding their unique financial circumstances and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve sustainable repayment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and professional communication to resolve queries and address issues.
  • Solution Provision: Provide personalized support to vulnerable clients, helping them manage their finances effectively and make informed decisions about their debt.
  • Tertiary Support: Collaborate with internal teams to rehabilitate loans, collect payments, and provide additional support as needed.
