Job Description

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to join our successful team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that KeTech complies with all relevant regulations and specifications required to deliver our business in these highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform quality compliance duties related to KeTech's 9001 & 27001 certifications.
  2. Ensure the business meets all agreed quality compliance (legislation and objectives) and implement risk mitigation/control measures.
  3. Maintain the Company Business Management Systems (BMS) in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and regulatory bodies' processes and procedures.
  4. Review and implement revised and new BMS documentation, liaising with departmental heads to ensure standards compliance.
  5. Manage the client feedback process.
  6. Report to the Company management team.
Additional Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate external and internal audits and inspections.
  2. Assist with statutory and mandatory training requirements in relation to quality and cyber security.
  3. Attend management reviews to understand the company's direction and requirements.
Requirements
  1. Background in a quality environment with experience in continuous/process improvement.
  2. Driven individual with energy and enthusiasm for delivering business goals and objectives.
  3. Ability to work with and lead teams, providing guidance and support to deliver projects.
  4. Must have a driver's license, as travel between offices is essential.
Experience
  1. Quality Assurance: 5 years (preferred).
  2. Rail Industry background desirable but not essential.
