NQ Probate Lawyer/Legal Executive Opportunity

We are working with a well-established client to find an NQ Probate Lawyer/Legal Executive to join their Wills & Probate team in Poole.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of probate matters, working closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential issues and opportunities
  • Prepare and submit court documents and applications
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and advice
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
