Job Title: Head of Cuisine

We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Michelin-starred restaurant with rooms in Monmouth. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership role, working closely with the chef patron to drive culinary innovation and excellence.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain consistency in food quality.
  • Collaborate with the chef patron to develop menus and drive culinary innovation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
