Job OpportunityWe are seeking a talented research analyst to join our Quant Academy rotational program. The successful candidate will learn concepts relevant to a career in quantitative trading and develop skills in a focused research environment.
The Quant Academy Program will provide broad training in financial industry expertise and expose the candidate to systematic trading approaches across multiple asset classes. During the rotations, the candidate will develop a variety of skills and have exposure to the full life cycle of a trade, from market data and research to portfolio construction and execution, and post-trade analysis.
Requirements- Master's or Ph.D. in finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research utilizing large data sets.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, C++, MATLAB, or R.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- A clear, concise, and proactive communications style.
- A strong track record of taking ownership of one's work and working within a small team.
- Intellectual curiosity and passion.

The annual base salary range is $150,000-$200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
