About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Zellis. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers across the business to make informed and compliant people decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to provide advice and guidance on HR topics and issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of HR projects across the HR lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Develop and provide accurate data and insights to support business decisions and drive improvements in our business.
  • Provide timely and pragmatic advice and guidance to managers on a range of HR issues, including employee relations casework and risk management.
  • Coach and train managers to promote effective people management and development practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and practices.
  • Act as deputy for HR Business Partners in the team during periods of absence.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or above or foundational HR qualification.
  • Experience working in an established HR team, operating as part of a matrix structure.
  • Experience in a fast-paced business managing employee relations cases end-to-end with confidence and sensitivity.
  • Good knowledge and experience of UK employment legislation and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to analyze and summarize key themes in datasets.
  • Proactive approach to resolving employee relations casework, drawing on analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilient, practical, and a self-starter, comfortable working on own and in teams.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management, able to balance competing priorities and manage those priorities with business stakeholders.
  • Maintains own continuing professional development.
