Job Title: UGC Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UGC Manager to join our team at Au Vodka. As a UGC Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality user-generated content (UGC) on time and consistently to our E-commerce team. Your primary goal will be to ensure our sponsored ads have new and exciting content that resonates with our target audience, driving the best ROI and supporting our sales function directly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver UGC on time and consistently to the E-commerce team
  • Build relationships with influential people to bring an ROI through brand awareness
  • Consistent communication with line manager, E-commerce team, and wider marketing team
  • Increase brand awareness through a gifting strategy
  • Liaise with the Head of Creative to produce and manufacture gifting boxes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content management
  • Strong skills in content curation, social media, and community engagement
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of brand voice, community guidelines, and UGC copyright considerations
