Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and Expand Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clients, driving business growth through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead Project Oversight: Collaborate with the R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.
  • Drive Business Growth: Leverage cutting-edge innovation and market analysis to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Product Costings and Quotes: Create detailed product costings and quotes during client interactions, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Explore New Market Opportunities: Strategically identify and develop new market opportunities, expanding our client base and driving business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Robust Experience: Proven experience in B2B Sales and Account Management, with a strong track record of building and maintaining key account relationships.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong Presentation and Negotiation Capabilities: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
