Job Summary:
Park Holidays UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of our experienced chefs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared to meet our guests' expectations.
- Help with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients, to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and ensuring proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Assist in dishwashing and cleaning kitchen utensils and equipment, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support the kitchen staff in various tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of meal preparation and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
