We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 5 Teacher to join our team at a well-established primary school in Haringey. As a member of our staff, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive community that values diversity and promotes inclusivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks, as well as experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 5 students
  • Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress
  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction to Year 5 students, promoting active participation and academic growth
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles
