About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily needs, including food, drink, and personal care
  • Follow care plans to ensure each resident receives tailored support
  • Provide one-to-one time with residents to promote their independence and wellbeing
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will be essential in delivering the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
