About the Role

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our E-commerce team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving compliance reviews, building compliance business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and legislative changes affecting e-commerce platforms.
  • Exercise independent judgment to provide risk-based solutions to business teams.
  • Build compliance product strategies and roadmaps for TikTok Shop.
  • Collaborate with legal, public policy, and safety teams to evaluate compliance strategies and impacts on products and processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Lead compliance-related project management throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in compliance, public policy, law, and regulation. You should have experience in making risk-based decisions and driving alignment among diverse teams. Familiarity with e-commerce and/or privacy-related compliance issues is a plus.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5 years of working experience related to e-commerce, product, consulting/advisory, and/or data security and privacy compliance, product management, or product counseling experience.
