Trainee Customer Advisor

About the Role:

As a Trainee Customer Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their storage needs, answering phone inquiries, and providing exceptional service in person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with their storage needs, answer phone inquiries, and provide exceptional service in person.
  • Guide Customers: Help customers choose the right storage options that meet their needs.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the facility runs smoothly and customers receive a high level of support.
  • Self-Storage Solutions: Highlight the unique benefits of our self-storage solutions and what makes our company stand out.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Team Support: Support the team in contributing to a positive customer experience and facility reputation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not essential - we're happy to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with customers via phone and in person.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: A customer-focused attitude with a talent for understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Enthusiasm for the self-storage industry and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
