Job Title: Application Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our team at InterSystems. As an Application Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discovery: Analyze customer processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Launch: Run customer induction workshops, consult with customers, and propose solutions for customer problems.
  • Setup: Set up customer site configuration, create validation scripts, and participate in validating the configured system.
  • Adoption: Participate in dry run process, prepare train-the-trainer material, and conduct individual and group training.
  • Sustain: Liaise with other InterSystems departments to resolve remaining issues and complete the support handover process.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
  • At least 3 years' experience working in healthcare and a good understanding of administrative and/or clinical processes.
  • Experience implementing software solutions and contributing to a multi-disciplined team.
Desirable:
  • Proficiency in English and one other language.
  • Clinical specialty.
  • Experience communicating with key stakeholders at various levels within healthcare organizations.
