About the Role:

This Behaviour Management Specialist position requires a resilient and enthusiastic professional to work with a group of 5 children who have SEMH KS3. As a Behaviour Management Specialist, you will have worked with children who have challenging behaviour, some of whom enjoy sports, so a sports background would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills with the ability to work and stimulate challenging children, ensuring they are engaging in classroom activities.

This SEMH School is a great place to work, providing education to children ages 4 – 11. They have a great team who work seamlessly to provide a high standard of education for children to reach their full potential. They have on-site parking for all members of staff.
