Senior Planning Role in Manchester

We are looking for a highly motivated Planning Specialist to join our client's team in Manchester.

The key responsibilities of this role include assisting in the development of strategic plans for new and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with regional and national policies.

You will support project managers in coordinating planning applications, stakeholder consultations, and regulatory compliance. Your analytical skills will enable you to conduct thorough research and analysis to inform planning proposals and identify development opportunities.

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading Real-Estate and Development Company, contributing to major developments and enjoying a dynamic work environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company also offers 30 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and competitive bonuses.

To succeed as a Planning Specialist, you should have an RTPI-accredited town planning degree or relevant qualifications and previous experience in managing caseloads for different planning applications.
