We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for improving processes through data analysis and root cause correction plans, owning and controlling all quality-related issues, driving a zero-harm culture, and conducting tours and leading root cause analysis of incidents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent coaching skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
* Improve processes through data analysis and root cause correction plans
* Own and control all quality-related issues
* Drive a zero-harm culture
* Conduct tours and lead root cause analysis of incidents
* Control yard and warehouse movements
* Hold daily shift briefs and report plant KPIs

Requirements:
* Experience in a quality-focused environment and knowledge of quality-based standards
* Highly organized with a flexible, pro-active, self-motivated, and persistent approach
* Good coaching skills
* Knowledge and experience of quality principles
* Experienced in MS-Office
