Financial Analyst

CV Library, a well-established family-owned residential developer and main contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join their team in North Wales and North West regions.

This role plays an integral part in the project delivery process, responsible for facilitating successful project execution across the specified areas.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project needs, address challenges, and ensure consistency between projected expenses and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in site inspections during tender phases to gather insights influencing bids and identify potential hurdles to overcome.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules and budget adherence.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum, depending on experience.
