About the Role:

As an Executive Chef at Austin Fraser, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

The successful candidate will have a passion for creating delicious meals that meet the specific dietary needs of patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen operations management and will be able to motivate and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to meet patient needs
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • PVG/DBS clearance
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 certification
  • Allergy awareness training

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of £18.00 per hour, with a higher rate of £20.00 per hour on Sundays.
