About the Role

The centre has a well-established team over 3 floors with a large garden out the back, offering a great working environment. As a permanent Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will have negotiable hours but are likely to work part-time. The centre is known for achieving high targets and values a team player who can settle into their close-knitted team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting
  • Utilizing independent prescribing skills to support patients' needs
  • Working collaboratively with the existing team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience in minor illness management
  • Independent prescribing qualification
  • Previous or current experience working in a GP surgery
