About the Role

Lime Talent is seeking an Inventory Management Assistant to join our buying team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, analyzing data, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product data in our systems
  • Handle administrative tasks for purchasing and invoice processing
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform decisions
  • Collaborate across departments for smooth product launches, inventory management, and merchandising
  • Analyze data on sales performance, stock levels, and purchasing decisions
  • Support pricing analysis and implement adjustments as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Work with buyers and branch managers to analyze sales and identify opportunities before supplier meetings

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commercially aware with a keen interest in consumer trends

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: North London (on-site)
