About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for managing a team of three Management Accountants and implementing best practice processes and controls around general ledger posting and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of three Management Accountants who oversee 12 entities
  • Implement best practice processes and controls around general ledger posting and reconciliations
  • Develop and implement timetables and checklists for work completion
  • Ensure accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support the Financial Controller with additional commercial duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and experience working in a large complex organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the finance team and across the business
