As a key member of our team at Tesco Café, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality food and drinks.
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team, where you will bring your experience as a Barista or in a hospitality environment to the role, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations to meet required standards is crucial.
- You will regularly review stock levels and follow all policies and procedures to maintain efficiency.
- Working closely with the Café Manager, you will identify and support team members looking to develop as Baristas.
- Resolving customer complaints whenever possible is essential to maintaining a positive customer experience.
Your primary duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages to meet customer demands.
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working as a Barista or in a hospitality environment.
