Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Team Leader to join our team at Liberty Speciality Steels.

About the Role

This is a senior electrical maintenance position responsible for leading a multi-disciplined diagnostic team responding to breakdowns and developing repair strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Shift Management team (Production and Engineering) to ensure Safety, Quality, and Production Plans are met.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Shift Management team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement repair strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with the diagnostic team to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and recommend improvements.
